Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP ME/MII Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of our manufacturing execution systems. The ideal candidate will bridge technical SAP expertise with manufacturing process knowledge to optimize production operations and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME) and Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII) solutions
- Lead full-cycle implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support
- Configure real-time manufacturing operations monitoring and shop floor reporting
- Develop integration solutions between ME/MII and other SAP modules (PP, QM, MM, PM)
- Implement material consumption tracking and traceability solutions
- Serve as module lead, collaborating with client Product Owners and project teams
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Document system configurations, processes, and training materials
- Analyse and resolve complex system issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in full-cycle SAP implementation and rollout projects
- Minimum 10 years of experience designing, configuring, and testing SAP ME/MII modules
- Proven knowledge of integration points between ME/MII and other SAP modules
- Extensive experience with real-time manufacturing operations, integrated material consumption, traceability, and shop floor reporting
- Strong background in manufacturing business processes
- Excellent leadership skills with experience as a module lead
- Ability to effectively multitask across multiple deliverables and projects
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
