Join a high-profile position with the power to shape the financial landscape of our thriving Group Corporate and APAC FP&A Teams. As a Senior Analyst/Manager in Corporate and APAC FP&A , you will play a key role in achieving the financial and growth objectives of the region.
Your expertise in transactional, analytical, and management reporting will be instrumental in driving our company\’s success. Reporting to the Corporate Finance & EMEA FP&A Director (direct line) and APAC FP&A Director (dotted line), you will have a unique opportunity to collaborate with APAC business teams, other functions, and our finance organization. Engage in discussions with the CFO, Management Team members, and Shareholders, and make a lasting impact on our financial future.

Responsibilities
- Lead monthly forecasts, annual budget, and long-term strategic plans by validating assumptions and coordinating stakeholder input.
- Develop financial models, reports, and dashboards for capex projects, M&A, and business optimization.
- Address Shareholders\‘ inquiries on investments and financial planning.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analyses for Management, Advisory Committee, and Shareholders.
- Support APAC Business and FP&A Director, focusing on EBITDA growth, cost control, and capex.
- Represent finance on teams, ensuring financial impacts are considered in decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of regional business results and reports.
- Improve regional business reporting and prepare investment business cases.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Management; MBA/MS/CMA/CFA/CPA preferred.
- 5+ years in Big 4 Transaction Advisory (M&A focus) or finance/FP&A/business controlling.
- Strong management accounting skills and expertise in financial systems and reporting.
- M&A experience and value creation understanding are a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI, Alteryx, or Anaplan is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and teamwork in a matrix environment.
- Fluent in English; adaptable to dynamic, cross-regional work (Asia and Australia).
- Collaborative team player; experience in chemical/process manufacturing is an advantage.
