Job Summary The IT Support Admin will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, maintaining IT assets, resolving technical issues, and ensuring minimal downtime for users. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
Requirement
2–5 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with user account management and access control
Knowledge of network troubleshooting and IT infrastructure
Familiarity with ITIL processes is an advantage
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Responsibility
Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies
Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network devices
Handle and resolve issues through the IT ticketing system
Perform system updates, patching, and backups
Ensure compliance with IT security policies
Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset inventory
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required
