Growth marketing manager in legal tech in Berlin

Задачи:

You are responsible for the ongoing development of our websites and performance landing pages, with the goal of sustainably improving user experience, conversion rate and growth. You analyze and optimize the entire digital customer journey, from the first campaign interaction to a qualified lead or successful case resolution. You establish a data-driven CRO and testing culture, develop hypotheses, prioritize measures and measure their success using relevant metrics. You independently plan, prioritize and manage website and growth projects from the initial idea and concept through to successful implementation. You translate business requirements into concrete projects and coordinate collaboration between Marketing, UX/UI, Design and Development. You define, monitor and further develop relevant website, funnel and growth KPIs, and derive data-based recommendations for action from them. You identify and realize AI and automation opportunities, assess new technologies and implement innovative solutions to increase growth, efficiency and user experience. You scale successful initiatives across brands and establish standards, processes and best practices within the group. You work closely with our Performance Marketing team and actively shape the Allright Group's digital growth strategy.

Требования:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Growth Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), website optimization, Digital Product Management or a comparable role
• A proven track record of optimizing websites, customer journeys and conversion rates
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams from Marketing, Design and Development
• Confidence in working with data analytics and deriving and implementing data-driven optimization measures
• Good knowledge of web analytics, tracking, conversion optimization and A/B testing
• Very good German and good English skills
• Experience with website management systems, marketing technologies and automation solutions
• A basic technical understanding of web technologies and development processes
