You will take on a central role in our customer projects and coordinate the collaboration between customers, sales, development, and other specialist departments. With your technical understanding, commercial sense, and structured way of working, you will ensure that projects are successfully implemented and that customers are sustainably impressed.

Detailed information

You plan, manage, and are responsible for customer projects as well as complex customer orders across all project phases, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and deadline targets.

You lead interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate the collaboration of the involved specialist departments.

As the central point of contact for our customers, you gather requirements, specify them together with the relevant specialist departments, and transfer them in a structured manner to the project and development teams.

You create project plans, status reports, and decision papers, and are responsible for project‑specific risk and escalation management.

You facilitate workshops, project meetings, and steering committees in a goal‑oriented manner and ensure transparent cooperation among all participants.

You identify change requests at an early stage, manage their evaluation, and are responsible for coordination with customers, sales, and internal departments until successful implementation.

Through proactive resource and project planning, you create transparency in ongoing projects and support the corporate forecast.

Even during the quotation and project initiation phase, you support sales and specialist departments in evaluating technical and commercial requirements, risks, and efforts.

You use occasional on‑site meetings with customers and partners to successfully advance projects and strengthen long‑term customer relationships.

Your profile:

You have a degree in industrial engineering or a comparable technical or commercial qualification.

You have already gained initial professional experience in project management and/or sales of technically demanding products or solutions requiring explanation.

You have a good technical understanding and can quickly grasp, structure, and clearly communicate complex relationships.

Ideally, you have expertise in contract management as well as in handling performance changes and supplements.

You find it easy to bring together the different interests of customers, departments, and project participants and to develop viable solutions together.

A structured, independent, and solution‑oriented way of working characterizes you, as does a high level of organizational skill.

You communicate confidently at all levels, convince through negotiation skills, and maintain a professional appearance towards customers and partners.

You are familiar with common project management methods and tools, as well as occasional business trips to customers and partners.

Business‑fluent German skills as well as good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
