We are looking for a results-driven Sales Advisor for our brand-new store in Berlin who will deliver a unique and memorable experience to each client while actively contributing to the commercial success of the store . With a strong sales mindset, use of clienteling tools, and passion for people, you will represent ALOHAS values and play a key role in building customer loyalty and driving performance.
YOUR MISSION
Be the face of ALOHAS
- Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our values.
- Share your knowledge about ALOHAS, our story, products, and sustainability commitments.
- Stay informed on brand updates and best practices.
- Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and aligned with visual standards.
Deliver an exceptional client experience
- Offer tailored service that builds trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Use the clienteling tool effectively — whether to capture client preferences, follow up after visits, suggest new products, or support retention efforts.
- Engage with customers in a meaningful way to maximize conversion and satisfaction.
- Handle questions, returns, and service situations with efficiency and care.
- Support a seamless shopping experience across online and offline channels.
Be a business driver
- Proactively work to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Understand store KPIs and take ownership of your impact on performance.
- Use the clienteling system as a strategic lever to drive results and nurture client relationships.
- Support operational tasks that ensure smooth daily store operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve results, suggest ideas, and take action when needed.
- Monitor after-sales activity to ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with your team
- Foster a positive and collaborative team spirit.
- Communicate regularly with teammates and management.
- Share feedback and knowledge to help the team grow.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventories as needed.
YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE...
- Proven experience in retail, ideally in a performance-focused environment
- Strong sales mindset and ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience using clienteling or CRM tools to support client engagement and sales
- Customer-first attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English (any other language is a plus)
- Proactive, solution-oriented and eager to learn
- High level of integrity, motivation and team spirit
