FORMS: Head of F&B / Coffee Shop & Bar

ppFORMS in Freienbach is more than a showroom. Across more than 5,000 sqm of former industrial hall, we bring together outdoor furniture, art, classic cars, café and architecture into one curated experience for design lovers, hosts and creators. As we grow FORMS Club, our new coworking concept, FB becomes an even bigger part of the daily experience we offer our members, guests and event clients. /p h3The role /h3 pWe are looking for someone to take ownership of FB at FORMS: our coffee shop and bar, and the catering side of our events. You will run day-to-day operations, lead the team, and help shape how FB evolves as FORMS Club opens and brings a new type of daily guest through our doors. /p h3What you do /h3 ul liRun the FORMS coffee shop bar day to day: service quality, design of menu, food preparation, opening hours, ordering, stock /li liLead, schedule and develop the FB team /li liManage supplier and vendor relationships /li liCoordinate FB for private and public events at FORMS, working closely with our Events Gastronomy lead /li liHelp design the next phase of our FB offering as FORMS Club launches, from member catering to extended service hours /li liManage cost and budget for the FB operation /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liExperience leading FB, hospitality or gastronomy operations /li liHands‑on and entrepreneurial: comfortable building and improving as we grow, not just maintaining /li liStrong team leadership and organizational skills /li liFluent German, good working English /li liBased in or willing to relocate to the Freienbach area /li /ul h3Why FORMS /h3 pYou would be joining a small team running a genuinely unique concept: design, art, classic cars, events and FB under one roof, with a coworking space now part of the mix.
