Senior UI / UX Designer (f / m / d)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with product managers to turn abstract requirements into successful products with high usability, ensuring the best possible user experience.
• Work with UX research and other teams to include user interviews, usability tests, and other research methods to understand the needs and motivations of users.
• Design the product\’s information architecture and create wireframes to sketch out the structure and layout of the user interface.
• Create prototypes and interactive designs to test and refine the usability and functionality of the product.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to iterate and improve the product\’s design.
• Design visual elements such as icons, illustrations, and colors to enhance the usability and attractiveness of the product.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a UX Designer or in a related position.
• Strong portfolio with examples of your UX design work.
• Deep knowledge in user research and analysis, persona and user story creation, Figma, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English.
