- Office Administrator – part time position
Alpha Omega is a global Leader in the electrophysiology-based navigation solutions for advanced neurosurgical procedures like Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) to treat variety of movement disorders.
Our product lines include several FDA, CE and NMPA approved medical devices for use in functional neurosurgery as well as a complete line of research equipment for neuroscience labs. We serve our international markets from our offices in Germany, Atlanta (USA), Israel and Guangzhou.
Responsibilities:
- Daily administrative office
- Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
- Provide general support to employees and customers
- Act as point of contact for employees needs
Requirements
- Experience as administrative or front desk
- Team player and service oriented
- Working hours: Monday till Friday from 14:00 till 17:00
- Pleasant personality, service oriented and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Ability to prioritize tasks and excellent time management
- Proficiency in MS office
- Fluent English & Hebrew: reading speaking & writing
- Driving license is a must
- BA degree is an advantage
