Alpha Variance Solutions (AVS) is expanding our international team! We're looking for a Project Manager who is fluent in German and English and has hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (F&O and/or Business Central) implementations.

What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end D365 ERP implementation projects (Finance & Operations or Business Central)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients
- Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams across regions
- Drive risk management, reporting, UAT, training, and go-live coordination
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction while delivering projects on-time and on-budget
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
- 5+ years of PM experience, including 2+ years with Microsoft D365 ERP
- Experience working with global teams
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Microsoft certifications a plus
- Global Microsoft Gold Partner
