- Manage global teams across EMEA/US, focusing on hiring, growth, and operational health.
- Partner with Product, Platform, SRE, and Finance to set technical direction and ensure reliable systems.
Responsibilities:
- Own delivery and direction of usage metering and AI credit accounting, ensuring accuracy and auditability.
- Uphold API governance, versioning strategy, and backward compatibility for platform consumers.
- Maintain operational excellence through SLOs, observability, and incident follow-through.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing backend or platform engineering teams with strong technical background.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design and data-intensive systems at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle ambiguous cross-team problems.
