Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration and administration of the OpenNebula platform (Sunstone, datastores, virtual networks, VM templates); - Management of KVM hypervisors and supervision of virtualisation hosts; - Implementation and monitoring of shared storage; - Network configuration (VLAN, bridges, firewall rules); - Routine maintenance: updates, backups, monitoring, incident resolution; - Technical documentation of configurations and procedures implemented; - Occasional advice on sizing and infrastructure evolution.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Linux administration (Debian/Ubuntu or RHEL/Rocky); - Mastery of virtualisation, ideally with KVM; OpenNebula experience is a strong asset; - Network knowledge: VLAN, bridges, perimeter security concepts; - Basic knowledge of distributed storage.
