Our current project involves a Hamburg-based partner working to modernize their data reporting through automated sequences. We are looking for an AI Workflow Coordinator to help organize these technical tasks. This is an entry level role designed for someone who wants to see how professional data systems are built and managed from the ground up. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from wherever you are most productive as long as you can sync with a global team.

About the role
The AI Workflow Coordinator is a key logistical position within our AIS division. You will not be expected to write complex machine learning code or architect large systems. Instead, you will coordinate the day to day movement of data and documentation that keeps our AI programs running smoothly. You will help our senior consultants document how data moves from a client system into our processing tools and back again. Because this role is fully remote, we rely heavily on clear written communication and methodical organization to stay on track.
What you will do

• Monitor automated data pipelines to ensure they run at scheduled times and flag any simple interruptions or errors for the technical team.
• Maintain the project documentation library, ensuring that every configuration change is recorded and organized properly.
• Update task tracking software to reflect the current status of various workflow steps for our Hamburg-based partner.
• Assist in the preparation of handover documents that help client finance teams understand how to use their new automated reports.
• Review data outputs for basic formatting errors or obvious inconsistencies before they are sent to the senior consulting team for final review.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders to help us refine the instructions we provide for the AI tools we implement.
• Participate in remote team meetings to provide updates on workflow progress and identify any bottlenecks in the schedule.

What we are looking for

• A strong interest in data management and how modern tools can improve business reporting.
• Excellent written English skills, as most of our work involves creating clear guides and documentation for clients.
• High attention to detail: you should be the kind of person who notices if a column is mislabeled or a date format is inconsistent.
• Familiarity with standard productivity software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• The ability to follow complex instructions exactly as written while feeling comfortable asking questions when something is unclear.
• A proactive approach to organization: you enjoy keeping folders, files, and task lists tidy.
• Basic knowledge of how data moves between systems, though we will provide training on the specific tools we use.
