About the role
We are looking for a CRM Data Assistant to support our consulting team on a significant engagement. Currently, a major German automotive and technology group is refining its internal data structures to improve reporting accuracy. You will work as part of this project, ensuring that the information within their CRM system is clean, structured, and compliant with the configuration guides we have established. This is an entry level, permanent, and full time position that is conducted entirely in a remote environment.
Your work will help prevent the common reporting errors that plague large organizations. By maintaining high standards for data entry and performing regular audits, you provide the foundation that our senior consultants need to build reliable dashboards and financial models. This role is about precision and the steady management of information.
What you will do

• Review and update customer records to ensure all fields are populated according to our project standards.
• Identify and merge duplicate entries within the CRM to maintain a clean database.
• Assist senior consultants in drafting documentation and configuration guides for client handovers.
• Verify contact information and categorize accounts based on the specific requirements of the automotive sector project.
• Perform routine data audits to catch formatting errors or missing information before they affect monthly reporting.
• Support the transition of legacy data into new systems while ensuring no critical details are lost in the process.
• Communicate with project leads to flag any recurring data quality issues you observe during your daily tasks.

• A strong grasp of spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas and data sorting).
• High attention to detail and an ability to spot small discrepancies in large sets of text or numbers.

• Comfort working independently in a fully remote setting across different time zones when necessary.
