Currently, our team is supporting a leading European logistics firm that requires a total overhaul of their performance reporting and financial consolidation platforms.
We are looking for a Junior Digital Project Coordinator to join this project and support our senior consultants in delivering a single source of truth for the client.
About the role
In this role, you will support the day to day coordination of digital implementation projects.
This is a fully remote position where you will act as the organizational link between our senior consultants and the client team at the European logistics firm.
Your focus will be on maintaining project clarity, ensuring that documentation is updated, and following up on the many moving parts of a system configuration.
Because we believe in transparency over corporate fluff, your work will be essential in showing the client exactly where we stand at any given time.
This role is built for someone who likes order, clean data, and clear communication.
- Day-to-day
- Organize and update project schedules to ensure all configuration milestones are being met on time.
- Maintain the project documentation library, ensuring that system guides and training manuals are accurate for the final handover.
- Attend technical sessions with our consultants to record decisions made regarding data structures and reporting hierarchies.
- Follow up with internal and client team members on outstanding technical tasks or information requests.
- Assist in the preparation of status reports that provide a clear, factual view of project progress without using unnecessary jargon.
- Monitor the project log to track any issues that arise during the migration of financial data.
- Coordinate the scheduling of remote workshops and training sessions for the logistics firm's finance staff.
- Verify that all project files are correctly named and stored according to our internal standards for future reference.
- What we are looking for
- A high level of organization and a natural tendency to keep digital files and tasks in order.
- Basic familiarity with project coordination tools like Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project (internship or university project experience is fine).
