- Identify and communicate potential roadblocks that might delay a project milestone or a fixed price delivery.
- Coordinate with the logistics client team to schedule reviews and ensure they have the information needed for training.
- Help keep data requests and technical requirements organized within our project management tools.
- Ensure the team adheres to the agreed upon timelines while maintaining high standards for clean data.
- Assist in drafting status reports that provide a clear and honest view of project progress.
- A basic understanding of Agile principles or project management workflows.
- The ability to communicate clearly and directly through written documentation and verbal updates.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar task management software.
- Strong organizational skills and an interest in how business systems are built and maintained.
