About the role
Alpine Business Consulting is a team of specialists who fix enterprise performance management and reporting systems. Often, we are called in when a company has invested heavily in software like Oracle EPM or SAP BPC, but the results are unreliable or the implementation was rushed. We step in to create a single source of truth that finance teams can actually trust. Currently, we are supporting a client in the logistics sector that needs to overhaul its financial planning and reporting structures. This project requires careful organization to move from a messy, broken system to a clean configuration that works.
We are seeking a Project Management Coordinator to support our senior consultants on this engagement. This is a full-time, entry-level position that is fully remote. You will not be expected to have years of experience in technical consulting, but you must be able to keep a project moving by managing documentation, schedules, and communication tasks. Since our firm operates with a focus on transparency and fixed-price quotes, keeping the project on track is a high priority for everyone involved.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will work closely with our senior team members to ensure the logistics firm receives exactly what we promised. Your day-to-day work will involve keeping the project organized and making sure our documentation stays professional and consistent. Because we work remotely, clear communication through written updates and digital tools is the core of how we operate.
We need a coordinator who values accuracy and clean work. You do not need to be a technical expert in planning systems yet, but you must be someone who is comfortable working with data and spreadsheets. This is a role for an entry-level professional or a recent graduate who wants to learn how complex consulting projects are managed from the ground up.
Working at Alpine Business Consulting means you will be learning from senior professionals who have spent years in the field. We do not use client projects as training grounds for junior staff to lead, but we do use them as opportunities for coordinators to see how high-level consulting is done properly. This is a paid position with a salary that is competitive for the entry-level market. Since we are a fully remote company, you will have the flexibility to work from your own professional home environment without a commute.
We believe in providing our clients with documentation they can actually use long after we are gone. Your work will directly contribute to that goal. You will help us provide the logistics firm with a reliable system and the guides they need to remain independent. This role provides a solid foundation in project coordination within the specialized field of enterprise performance management and business consulting.
