Backed by an international team, strong funding, and a bold vision, we\’re looking for people who want to shape the next generation of aerial security and build something that truly matters.How you will make an impact:Support the end-to-end recruiting process for technical and non-technical rolesProactively identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter Active SearchDraft, publish, and continuously optimize job postings for performance and visibilityConduct CV screeningCoordinate interviews and act as a reliable point of contact for candidates throughout the processMaintain accurate candidate data and hiring pipelines in Greenhouse (ATS)Support recruiting-related projects, reporting, and process improvementsSupport the Onboarding process of new colleagues What you need to be successful:Enrolled university student (business, psychology, HR, or a related field)Initial hands-on experience in HR, recruiting or talent acquisition is requiredPractical experience with Active Sourcing on LinkedIn is highly preferredFamiliarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system is a strong plusFluent in German and EnglishHigh ownership, reliability, and ability to work independentlyInterest in technology-driven environments; prior exposure to tech or defense tech is a plusAt Alpine Eagle, you\’re not just taking a job – you\’re joining a mission.
