Lead Crestron Programmer / Team Lead – Aeronautical Sector

The Role
As part of the development of its activities in Switzerland, our client, an established company within the aeronautical sector, is looking to strengthen its internal expertise around Crestron solutions.
We are looking for a Lead Crestron Programmer / Team Lead who will progressively take technical ownership of the Crestron environment.
The successful candidate will initially work alongside an existing Crestron specialist, with the longer-term objective of building, structuring and leading a dedicated Crestron team.
Your Responsibilities
- Take the technical lead on Crestron solutions and systems.
- Support the implementation and further development of the Crestron environment.
- Handle Crestron programming, configuration and integration.
- Manage technical activities across development, configuration, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Define and implement development and integration best practices.
- Collaborate closely with different technical and engineering teams involved in projects.
- Act as a technical point of reference for complex Crestron-related topics.
- Work closely with the existing Crestron specialist.
- Over time, build and structure a dedicated Crestron team.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and technical development of future team members.
Your Profile
We are looking for a Senior Crestron professional combining strong hands-on technical expertise with the ability and ambition to grow into a genuine Team Lead position.
Crestron Certifications
The ideal candidate will hold the following certifications:
- Crestron CTI-CCP – Crestron Certified Programmer
Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Crestron programming.
- Experience integrating complex Crestron systems.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to take technical ownership of Crestron projects.
- Autonomous and comfortable working within a demanding technical environment.
- Previous experience in technical leadership, mentoring or team management would be highly valued.
- Ability to help structure and develop a new technical capability.
- Professional English required for an international working environment.
- Previous experience within the aeronautical sector would be a strong advantage.
