Tasks
- Manage company-related commercial disputes across various industries
- Evaluate complex legal issues and provide guidance on minimizing legal risks to vendors, customers, and third-party issues
- Developing strategies for handling disputes, working with external counsel when necessary, and managing ongoing cases to ensure timely resolution
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including document drafting, evidence preparation, and court representation
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French (other languages is a plus)
- Swiss Bar Admission is mandatory
