For our latest mandate, we are seeking a Legal Counsel in the following field: Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support to Global Product Strategy teams, with a focus on product lifecycle, regulatory and commercial legal matters within the life sciences sector. Review and advise on promotional, medical and scientific materials, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry codes. Draft, review and negotiate commercial and life sciences agreements (e.g. service, consultancy and collaboration agreements), while providing day-to-day legal support to cross-functional stakeholders. Experience & Qualifications
Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of legal experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer healthcare or broader life sciences industry. Strong experience in regulatory and product legal matters, including review of promotional/scientific materials and healthcare compliance. Experience partnering with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial and R&D teams in an international environment; experience with Veeva is an advantage. Fluency in English What We Offer
