For our latest mandate, we are seeking a Senior Paralegal in the following field:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage corporate secretarial matters across multiple jurisdictions, including board appointments, corporate filings, powers of attorney, signature management, and corporate records.
Coordinate the legal administration of corporate transactions, including M&A, incorporations, restructurings, and liquidations, ensuring all corporate formalities are completed.
Maintain the efficient operation of the corporate legal function through document management, compliance monitoring, and governance support.
Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Finance, and external advisors to ensure corporate structures align with the group's tax and governance framework, applying a strong understanding of corporate tax structures.
Experience & Qualifications:
Several years’ experience in a Corporate Secretarial and/or Paralegal role within an international company or law firm, with exposure to governance and entity management across Continental Europe and/or the UK.
Formal qualification as a Paralegal, Corporate Secretary, Legal Assistant, or similar legal-related field; a full law degree is not required. Practical experience and relevant certifications are highly valued.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices) is an advantage.
Familiarity with corporate governance, entity management, corporate housekeeping, and cross-border legal administration.
Fluency in English and French
