For our client, a Swiss company, we are looking for a Legal Counsel (Data Privacy).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and advise on data protection matters at national and international level, with a focus on Europe
- Ensure compliance with Swiss DSG and EU GDPR requirements and support the implementation of group-wide data protection strategies
- Act as key contact for data protection authorities and internal projects, while advising operational business areas on privacy-related matters
Experience & Qualifications:
- Completed legal studies (Lic. iur. / Master of Law) or comparable qualification; Swiss bar admission is a plus
- Fluency in German and English
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in data protection / privacy (DSG/GDPR), ideally within an international company or law firm
- Strong technical affinity and understanding of modern information systems; experience using AI tools
