System Engineer - Fleet Performance (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor chargers performance using collected field data to proactively identify and resolve issues, particularly during product launch phases
• Apply systematic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues with the chargers in customer applications, like:
  • Data mining using corporate tools
  • Analysis of system logs and specific data collection
  • Performance of tests to reproduce, isolate and address the issues
• Work with all the development teams to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
• Provide guidance to data analysts and scientists on the strategic direction of their activities

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronics, physics or similar
• Experience with complex systems and troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with software development
• Previous experience in power electronics or EV charging infrastructures is an advantage
• Self-reliant and meticulous work style with an analytical mindset
• Attention to detail, teamwork and good communication skills
• Fluent in English, italian and/or German are a plus
