As our Global Market Intelligence & Growth Specialist, you will build and advance our global Marketing Intelligence capability and help transform market insights into strategic business decisions. This role is positioned at the center of strategy, marketing, and sales, supporting growth initiatives across regions and business units.
Lead and continuously develop ALPLA's global Marketing Intelligence capability.
Analyze customer, market, industry, and competitive developments on a global scale.
Identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and strategic business potential.
Transform complex information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Support strategic decision-making with fact-based market and customer intelligence.
Drive customer and market understanding across the organization.
Coordinate Marketing Intelligence activities across regions and business units.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Strategy teams.
Enable stakeholders with relevant insights that support growth and prioritization.
What makes you great
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Strategy, Market Research, or a related field.
Several years of experience in Marketing Intelligence, Customer Insights, Strategic Marketing, Market Research, Strategy, or a comparable area.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and identify the bigger picture.
Experience translating complex data into business-relevant recommendations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Confident working across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in an international B2B environment is considered an advantage.
