Concept and solution creation for traction converters and power modules
Product responsibility for traction converters/power modules in railway vehicles
Product standardisation, roadmaps, costing, obsolescence management, and life cycle cost
Key interface and coordination for research and development activities
Support tenders in terms of product selection and other relevant information
Drive innovation and entrepreneurial thinking within the team

5+ years of experience with converters or other electrical equipment

Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent English skills; German and French skills are a plus
