We are looking for a full-time Project Documentation Planner in Braunschweig, Germany. Could you be the right fit?

Your future role :

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in documentation planning within an interdisciplinary environment. You will report to RAHMANIAN Shahin (Team Lead, Documentation Management) and work alongside a passionate, motivated team.

During large wayside projects, especially in document management, the planning process plays a crucial role in reducing constructional and technical deviations. You will be responsible for organizing the documentation planning process within wayside & infrastructure projects, ensuring that all documentation aligns with the project schedule.

• You will control all activities related to document management of the planning process, including retrieval of As-built plans from DB Netz AG (IZPlan) and other authorities.
• You will coordinate the planning process according to DB Netz AG guidelines (RIL 809, 819 & 886) and administrative regulations (VV BAU STE).
• You will oversee the activities of planning companies in ongoing contracts and monitor the status and production of documentation within the EPLASS system.
• You will support project management with data maintenance.
• You will ensure timely delivery of documentation to all internal and external stakeholders.
• You will manage document translation, record management, and physical archiving according to internal rules and instructions.
• You will analyze customer documentation requirements for high-critical tenders and assess project risks.

• Project management experience, depending on project complexity.
• Experience with electronic document management systems (preferably EPLASS).
• Good knowledge of IT tools, processes, and Microsoft Office 365.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a strong team player.
• Clear reporting skills and ability to multitask.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
