Could you be the full‑time Project Cyber Security Manager (f/m/d) in Berlin? We’re looking for you.
Your Future Role
Ernst‑Reuter‑Platz 6, in the heart of Berlin, is home to Alstom’s DACH regional headquarters.
Up to 500 colleagues of more than 40 nationalities work here, focusing on project management, business development, and regional strategy with a special emphasis on rail digitalisation.

You will report to the Region Cybersecurity Leader DACH and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We’ll look for you to
- Analyze Project/Program security needs (including laws and local regulations), determine security objectives and main security risk strategy.
- Plan security activities within the development life cycle, estimate costs and duration, assess impacts related to project/program execution, and identify training needs.
- Provide support during technical design meetings for cybersecurity activities.
- Be responsible for the QCD of its project/program Cybersecurity Work Package.
- In case of external Cybersecurity audit, manage the relationship with auditors.
- All About You
We value passion and attitude over experience.
That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill.
- Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
- University/Engineer in degree level.
- Experience with direct responsibility for hands‑on architecture, design, and development.
- Experience related to cybersecurity in general and deployment experience of security technologies.
- Knowledge of main cybersecurity standards and regulations such as ISO 2700X, EN 62443, TS50701, and NIS.
- Dynamic, autonomous, creative, and able to work in a complex environment.
- Things You’ll Enjoy
Join us on a lifelong transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:
- Experience a dynamic work environment with a permanent position at a leading company for green mobility.
- Enjoy a competitive remuneration package, 30 days of vacation, and benefits such as company pension plans and a subsidised “Deutschlandticket.”
- Work in our modern headquarters at Ernst‑Reuter‑Platz with excellent public transportation access.
- Optimise work‑life balance with flexible working hours and hybrid working models.
- Explore growth opportunities and steer your career across functions and countries.

- Thrive in a modern and collaborative workplace featuring mentor and buddy programmes, diversity & inclusion initiatives, CSR activities, and engaging employee events.
- Access to corporate benefits.
You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud.
