Could you be the full-time Site Quality Director Kassel (w/m/d) in Kassel we’re looking for?Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your production expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You’ll report to Céline Grivel (Cluster Head of Quality Loco & compo CNE) and work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates as part of the site management team led by Matthias Papritz (Site Managing Director Kassel).
You'll lead the Site Quality team to ensure that the deliveries from the site meet the right quality standards.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (site management, project teams, and operational teams), drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of cascading and implementing the site objectives within the Quality organisation and ensuring that quality policies and tools are effectively applied at the site level.
We’ll look to you for: Developing a quality culture and fostering a right-first-time approach.
Ensuring alignment with QCD objectives and compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
Driving continuous improvement plans to address CTQ objectives such as CONQ, NCR, safety issues, and demerit.
Deploying quality policy to the site management committee.
Taking responsibility for the quality and safety assessment of products and services delivered in line with contractual quality requirements.
Increasing customer satisfaction through periodic meetings, customer surveys, and product delivery controls.
Managing and escalating top safety and customer issues.
Ensuring timely completion of DFQ gate reviews and supplier FAI, including waivers when required.
Leading, managing, and developing quality teams using quality processes, expertise, and APSYS.
Deploying standard tools and indicators while contributing to their improvement.
Ensuring process governance, risk, and opportunity management with site stakeholders.
Evaluating quality performance in each process through internal audits.
Ensuring the latest updates on QMS reference materials and utilizing the REX process regularly.
Ensuring site QMS conformance with Alstom standards, customer standards, and ISO9001/IRIS/CMMI/ECM requirements.
