Overview
In this VIE/Student role, you contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement for the Service Business, focusing on PQMP, customer satisfaction, and data-driven quality enhancements. You collaborate with Engineering, Supplier Quality, Project Management, and Operations to ensure process compliance and implement improvements. You support audits, dashboards, and problem-solving initiatives to reduce defects and improve performance. This role offers hands-on experience in a global mobility company, with exposure to cross-functional quality activities and digitalization projects.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support the preparation, update, and monitoring of Project Quality Management Plans (PQMP)
- Coordinate project quality deliverables and action plans
- Participate in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving (8D, QRQC, FMEA)
- Lead quality improvement projects aimed at reducing Cost of Non-Quality (CoNQ) and improving operations
- Develop and maintain quality dashboards and performance reports
- Handle NCR processes in service
- Support internal quality audits and process compliance assessments
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Engineering, or Data Analytics
- Fluency in English (mandatory); German is a plus
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IRIS) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, Excel VBA, SharePoint, or similar tools
- Lean Six Sigma training or academic exposure is appreciated
- Previous internship or academic project in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations is preferred
