Overview
As a VIE in the Site Quality team, you support the deployment and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System at site level. You collaborate with the Site QMS Manager, Site Quality Director, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. You contribute to audits, KPI monitoring, documentation management, root cause analysis, and coordination of process reviews. This role offers hands-on experience in quality across an industrial environment and cross-cultural teamwork with a global company.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support deployment and governance of site-level QMS processes
- Participate in internal audits and assist with preparation and follow-up
- Monitor KPIs related to QMS performance
- Contribute to documentation management and communicating QMS updates
- Support root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives
- Coordinate process reviews and Quality Management Reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align with quality standards

- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and standards (ISO9001, IRIS)
- Familiarity with quality tools (problem-solving methods, audits, KPIs)
- Interest in industrial or railway environment
- Initial experience in Quality, Engineering, or Operations
