Overview
In this role you oversee the end-to-end finance operations for Altagram’s multi-entity setup, ensuring accurate cross-border accounting, invoicing, and cash management. You work closely with tax advisors and payroll providers to maintain GoBD compliance and reliable financial records. Your impact spans from improving processes to enabling smooth international payments and reporting. This is a hands-on position reporting to the CEO, with a clear opportunity to shape finance operations in a creative industry.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage weekly accounts payable/receivable processes: invoices, approvals, and routing
- Prepare and confirm payment runs across banks and platforms (Airwallex, Blueport)
- Handle receivables, dunning, and supplier/freelancer inquiries
- Monthly: compile and hand over documents to tax advisors via DATEV Unternehmen online
- Coordinate with external payroll provider for Germany and Spain
- Perform reconciliation checks and monitor cash
- Serve as day-to-day contact for tax advisors and payroll provider
- Maintain and improve Verfahrensdokumentation and governance with CEO
- Identify and implement process improvements including AI-assisted efficiency
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Completed commercial training with accounting focus or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years hands-on accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Proficient in DATEV Unternehmen online (Belege online and Bank online)
- Experience with external tax advisor collaboration and GoBD responsibility
- German and English at professional level (written and spoken)
- Advanced Excel skills
