ATE Test Engineer (all gender)

Implement test solutions on state-of-the-art production testers, with a current focus on Teradyne Flex / J750 and Advantest 93k.

Focus on addressing challenges in wafer and final component testing.

Debug and transfer test packages to the production facilities.

Coordinate with design, concept, and product engineering teams on test and DfT concepts, content, and results.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
• First work experience in Semiconductor Test Engineering.
• Practical experience with ATE (Teradyne and/or Advantest).
• Good communication skills in English.
