ALTEN Switzerland’s activities cover all the main strategical areas of the Swiss market in Life Sciences, Engineering IT Services. /p pbJoin ALTEN Switzerland as Electrical Engineer /b /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide electrical engineering support to the production team for a major rolling stock modernization program. /li liEnsure the implementation of technical requirements and engineering guidelines throughout the production process. /li liCollaborate closely with development teams, production personnel, system engineers, fleet stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams. /li liDevelop and maintain electrical production documentation, including work instructions, quality checklists, and vehicle technical documentation. /li liSupport the introduction of new production activities by providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. /li liQualify, validate, and implement new industrial production tools, equipment, and processes. /li liAct as the technical interface between production, fleet management, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution. /li liContribute to the successful delivery of a strategically important vehicle modernization program by resolving technical challenges and driving continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. /li liExperience in electrical systems engineering, industrial production, manufacturing engineering, or rolling stock/transportation projects. /li liStrong understanding of electrical documentation, technical specifications, quality assurance processes, and production support activities. /li liExperience creating work instructions, technical procedures, and quality control documentation. /li liAbility to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international project environments. /li liHands-on approach with the capability to support the implementation of new industrial equipment and production processes. /li liStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. /li liExperience acting as a technical liaison between engineering and production teams is highly desirable. /li libFluent French is mandatory (written and spoken).
