The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business objectives, defining functional needs, and ensuring alignment between operational teams and solution delivery teams. /ph3Responsabilities /h3ulliCollaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and clarify project requirements. /liliCapture, evaluate, and formalize business needs into detailed functional documentation. /liliModel business processes, user interactions, and system data flows. /liliUse data analysis techniques to support project activities and strategic decision-making. /liliValidate the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of project requirements. /liliCoordinate and perform testing activities, including functional and end-to-end validation. /liliReport on project status, risks, challenges, and interdependencies. /liliIdentify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements. /liliParticipate in strategic transformation projects within the banking sector. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliUniversity degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent field. /liliMinimum 3 years' experience in Business Analysis within banking, financial services, or a similar regulated environment. /liliProven experience working on cross-functional initiatives and organizational change programs. /liliAbility to convert business objectives into practical functional specifications. /liliStrong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem solving. /liliExperience using data and metrics to support recommendations and business decisions. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /liliBackground in Finance or Accounting processes is a plus. /liliWorking knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365. /liliFamiliar with Agile delivery methods and practices. /liliProfessional proficiency in French and English. /li /ulh3What we offer you /h3pAt Alten, we offer you the security of a permanent contract while also giving you the liberty to work with multiple prestigious clients.
