As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support business and technology initiatives related to banking, financial, and accounting platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business objectives, defining functional needs, and ensuring alignment between operational teams and solution delivery teams.

Responsabilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and clarify project requirements.
• Capture, evaluate, and formalize business needs into detailed functional documentation.
• Model business processes, user interactions, and system data flows.
• Use data analysis techniques to support project activities and strategic decision-making.
• Validate the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of project requirements.
• Coordinate and perform testing activities, including functional and end-to-end validation.
• Report on project status, risks, challenges, and interdependencies.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements.
• Participate in strategic transformation projects within the banking sector.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Analysis within banking, financial services, or a similar regulated environment.
• Proven experience working on cross-functional initiatives and organizational change programs.
• Ability to convert business objectives into practical functional specifications.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem solving.
• Experience using data and metrics to support recommendations and business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Background in Finance or Accounting processes is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiar with Agile delivery methods and practices.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
