Main responsabilities : work hands-on in the shopfloor, coordinating production activities with your team to ensure aircraft components and systems are built to the highest standards develop, define, and optimize manufacturing processes and methods, balancing technical precision with economic efficiency create and maintain production plans, standardized work instructions, and configuration control documentation within our systems collaborate across departments : from finance and management to suppliers, customers, and support functions Ensuring accuracy, alignment, and smooth delivery in complex aerospace projects lead problem-solving initiatives, conduct root cause analyses, and drive improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability in aerospace manufacturing Your Profile : hold a university degree in aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field bring knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, maintenance processes, or technical support experience with aerospace standards and regulations (EASA/FAA, Part 21/145) is a plus are proficient with digital tools such as MS Office, SAP (SP1), OPAL, and Alinav; familiarity with PLM tools (CATIA V5, 3DX, Siemens NX), ERP/MRP systems, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Python/SQL basics) is highly valued Ideally, possess skills in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (SSBB/Green Belt), and continuous improvement methodologies fluent in english and German
