Project Manager
Your Responsibilities
Manage the technical engineering of high-voltage equipment and substation-related projects throughout the tendering, execution, and commissioning phases.
Develop and implement technical solutions in accordance with customer requirements, specifications, and applicable standards.
Provide technical consulting and develop tailored engineering solutions together with customers.
Participate in customer and site meetings during feasibility studies, project execution, and commissioning activities, including occasional travel.
Ensure technically sound and quality-compliant project solutions while coordinating activities across multiple departments and interfaces.
Support project execution in accordance with contractual requirements and assist commercial project managers in identifying and pursuing additional business opportunities.
Your Profile
Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of high-voltage equipment, substation engineering, and power transmission and distribution systems.
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with an independent, proactive, and cost-conscious approach to work.
Minimum 4 years of experience in technical project engineering or project management.
Experience with 2D and 3D CAD tools, and preferably SAP.
Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style with strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for leading technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Business-fluent English; German language skills are considered an advantage.
