Description
Team Overview: The Mechanical Services Delivery Team delivers installation, commissioning, maintenance and optimisation of critical mechanical infrastructure across mission-critical facilities.
Role Overview: The Installateur- und Heizungsbauermeister SHK (Master Craftsman Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning) is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of critical cooling and HVAC systems, with 50% focus on new-build projects and 50% on maintenance. The primary focus is Data Centre Cooling (Chilled Water Systems) with a broader HVAC scope. English language skills are mandatory.

What You'll be Doing
Lead and actively participate in chilled water and HVAC installations within data centre environments, supervising technicians and subcontractors while overseeing the installation and maintenance of pumps, valves, pipework and heat exchangers. The role includes supporting commissioning and performance testing, planning preventative maintenance, coordinating reactive maintenance and fault finding, and ensuring compliance with German regulations and site safety requirements. Responsibilities also include conducting inspections, audits and quality checks, providing technical leadership and mentoring, and maintaining effective communication with clients and key stakeholders.
