What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a major digital Secretariat and conference management transformation initiative for a prestigious international organization based in Geneva, Switzerland.

In this role, you will support the modernization of core solutions for conference management, registration, document systems, and stakeholder engagement. You will translate complex business requirements into user stories, process designs, and prototypes, ensuring that new and existing systems meet operational needs and deliver an outstanding user experience.

The MUST-HAVES for This Challenge

• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering IT implementation projects.
• Education: University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Core BA Competencies: Strong hands‑on experience gathering requirements, writing detailed user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and mapping As‑Is and To‑Be business processes (BPMN / UML).
• Testing & Delivery: Proven experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defining test scenarios, and managing sprint backlogs in Jira using Agile (Scrum / Kanban) methodologies.
• Location: Geneva, Switzerland (Hybrid: Onsite with up to 2 days/week remote).
• Languages: Professional working fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Professional certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL) or Business Process Modelling.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or hands‑on experience with CRM solutions.
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
• Experience with conference management tools (e.g., Indico), document management systems, or invitation/registration platforms.
• Prior experience working within international organizations, public sector entities, or non‑profits.
