We are currently looking for a IT Service Desk Technician to join a project for a European agency.

The project and the team
You will join our Service Desk team at the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) in Cologne, Germany. In this role, you will be providing critical, high-quality onsite technical support to ensure smooth daily operations in an international and multicultural environment.
Requirements and key competencies
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT Service Desk and end-user support.
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management principles (ITIL Foundation).
- Hands-on technical expertise with PC hardware, laptops, printers, servers, and mobile devices (iOS/Windows).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, MS Teams, and collaboration applications.
- Experience operating and troubleshooting multimedia systems and conference room equipment.
- Practical experience using ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing systems.
- Fluent English level (spoken and written).
- Full availability for onsite work in Cologne, Germany, with an immediate target start date to ensure operational continuity.
