Why Digital Sales at Altium: The Opportunity
Our mission to dominate the industry is real. Digital Sales fuels our growth through volume sales to new and existing customers, with revenues up 75% over five years and 23% from last year. We lead in cloud development, offering clear upward mobility within our sales organization. We seek a BDR fluent in German.
This role is hybrid, based in Munich, Germany.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize and execute specialized projects such as callout campaigns and data updates
- Qualify new accounts and establish value for Altium
- Identify new customers by applying Altium products to meet their needs
- Review and qualify sales leads from various sources
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to achieve objectives
- Maintain detailed notes of all sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Stay informed about Altium products, industry trends, and competitors
- Develop new lead opportunities by gathering critical business information
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree in computer/electrical engineering or related field (preferred)
- Fluent in English and German
- At least 2 years of inside sales experience in software sales (preferred)
- Salesforce experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of PCB or embedded software (highly preferred)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-motivated, passionate, team-oriented with a positive attitude
