Our mission to dominate the industry is real. Digital Sales fuels our growth through volume sales to new and existing customers, with revenues up 75% over five years and 23% from last year. We lead in cloud development, offering clear upward mobility within our sales organization. We seek a BDR fluent in German.

This role is hybrid, based in Munich, Germany.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and execute specialized projects such as callout campaigns and data updates
  • Qualify new accounts and establish value for Altium
  • Identify new customers by applying Altium products to meet their needs
  • Review and qualify sales leads from various sources
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to achieve objectives
  • Maintain detailed notes of all sales activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Stay informed about Altium products, industry trends, and competitors
  • Develop new lead opportunities by gathering critical business information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\’s degree in computer/electrical engineering or related field (preferred)
  • Fluent in English and German
  • At least 2 years of inside sales experience in software sales (preferred)
  • Salesforce experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of PCB or embedded software (highly preferred)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated, passionate, team-oriented with a positive attitude
