Junior Sales Account Manager – Packaging Sector (Homebased Germany)

Salary : Up to €60,000 + commission (no commission cap – your earning potential is truly unlimited) + other benefits

We are currently supporting a well-established company in the flexible packaging sector, searching for a Junior Sales Account Manager to strengthen their presence in Germany. This is a newly created position, offering a fantastic opportunity for candidates with any packaging knowledge who are eager to build a career in flexible packaging.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the sales team in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Learn to provide technical and commercial support to customers, offering tailored packaging solutions.
• Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms under guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent order management and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with market trends and customer needs through continuous learning.

Profile & Requirements :

• Some experience or understanding of packaging (plastics, rigid, flexible, industrial, etc.).
• Passionate about sales and developing client relationships.
• A positive attitude with strong communication and learning skills.
• Fluency in German and good English skills (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally abroad.
