Title: Business Developer – Securities Services
Date: 2nd July 2026 Our client is looking for a Business Developer – Securities Services. The successful candidate will focus on developing new client relationships, expanding the firm’s custody and securities services offering, and supporting the continued growth of the business. Duties Include
Identify and develop new business opportunities across custody, securities services, wealth management and asset management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, intermediaries, external asset managers, family offices and business partners. Promote the firm’s securities services and custody solutions to professional clients and institutional counterparties. Support the acquisition of new clients and contribute to the growth of assets and revenues. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Ensure all business development activity is conducted in line with Swiss regulatory expectations, internal policies, KYC, AML and compliance procedures. Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and support client follow-up, proposals and commercial presentations. Contribute to internal projects, market initiatives and process improvements that support the continued development of the business. The preferred candidate will ideally have a background in securities services, custody, wealth management, asset management, private banking, or investment platforms, and demonstrate a strong understanding of custody solutions, securities services, client acquisition, KYC, AML and regulatory requirements within financial services. The candidate should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and German is a must.
