Our client is seeking a Head of Private Banking . The candidate will ensure that the division meets its sales targets and drives business performance.
Duties Include:
- Maintain an existing portfolio of clients.
- Develop and sustain a portfolio of clients.
- Foster a client-focused and market-driven team culture.
- Responsible for revenue generation and supporting relationship managers in acquiring new assets.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing business partners.
- Implement the private banking business model successfully.
- Promote proactive, long-term relationships and attract new clients with private banking and wealth management needs.
- Manage, hire, and train the private banking team as needed.
- Stay updated on laws and regulations related to private banking and contribute to the bank’s regulatory environment.
- Analyze client information, investments, regulations, and internal guidelines to propose optimal solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a background in private banking or wealth management within an international bank, preferably in a leadership role. They must demonstrate expert market understanding, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact efficiently at all business levels.
