pOur client is looking for aHead of Trading Services to manage its dealing team and develop its execution capabilities in Zurich. The individual will be responsible for delivering an efficient trading service, strengthening counterparty relationships, and driving improvements across systems and processes. /ppDuties Include: /pulliLead the dealing team and oversee its daily activities across international markets. /liliManage order execution across equities, bonds, foreign exchange, derivatives, ETFs, commodities, and digital assets. /liliAssess trading infrastructure and introduce improvements through automation and data analysis. /liliExpand relationships with brokers and trading counterparties, negotiating commercial terms and execution costs. /liliCoordinate with operational teams to resolve settlement queries and maintain efficient processing. /liliReview client dealing charges, counterparty fees, and management information. /liliStrengthen operational controls and reduce manual intervention in trade processing. /liliIdentify commercial opportunities and contribute to the development of the dealing business. /li /ulpThe preferred candidate will ideally have relevant trading experience within financial services, combined with strong knowledge of different asset classes, market liquidity, and execution methods. Fluency English is essential. Additional languages like German and an interest in digital assets would be advantageous.
