Within CTS , the Industrials pillar is dedicated to driving top and bottom-line impact of clients in various industries. Whether in an advisory capacity or in an interim C-Suite role, our team of outstanding industry specialists and strategic consultants works to develop and implement operational performance improvement solutions to achieve excellent results.
As an Associate (m/f/d) you will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European Corporate Transformation Services team specifically in Industrials like Automotive, A&D, Engineered Products, Chemicals and Energy:
- Development and implementation of pioneering transformation concepts.
- Supporting clients in transformation and turnaround projects (rapid results).
- International projects focused on strategy, corporate structure or company-wide efficiency improvements.
At best you already have the following qualifications:
- Excellent academic credentials (Master\’s degree or higher).
- Years of relevant experience in a leading international strategy or (operational) management consultancy.
- Comprehensive knowledge of restructuring, operations, and project management.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following industries: machinery, automotive, OEM supplier, industrial products, aerospace & defense, chemicals, energy, etc.
- Having practical industry experience beyond consultancy is regarded as a valuable asset.
- A goal-orientated, charismatic professional with the ambition to grow.
- Professional and confident working style, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native or business fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
