A&M’s European Valuation & Modelling Services team is dynamic and rapidly expanding, with established teams in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich, Madrid, and Paris. The team works as a unified group across Europe, offering seamless cross-border collaboration and exposure to international projects.
The Valuation & Modelling Services team specializes in areas such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Contentious Valuations, Complex Financial Instruments, Financial and Tax Reporting, and Business Modelling. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and high-profile engagements, gain exposure to senior professionals, and develop technical and soft skills through formal training programs.
How You Will Contribute
- Work on diverse valuation and modelling engagements across Germany and Europe.
- Perform high-quality data and valuation analyses using various methodologies.
- Engage in challenging modelling projects, including deal models and business plans.
- Write client reports and deliverables for high-profile assignments.
- Build relationships with clients through exceptional project management and execution.
- Participate in internal networking with other service lines and external marketing events.
Qualifications
- Initial experience in valuations and modelling, gained at a Big Four firm, consulting firm, investment bank, or independent valuation firm.
- Strong educational background with a focus on Finance and/or Mathematics.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and German (business level); additional European or Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to succeed in a dynamic environment.
