Your area of responsibility

Preparation and follow-up of offers as well as project-specific coordination for recurring projects

Ensuring smooth internal order processing in co-operation with the interfaces, taking into account deadlines, costs and quality

Processing of complaints and master data maintenance in the ERP system

Accounting

Administrative support for the technical project planner

Your profile

Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HASCH, HAK) and professional experience in a similar area of responsibility

Strong customer and solution orientation

Confident demeanour and good communication skills

Commitment and initiative

Very good German and IT user skills (MS Office, ERP system), English skills an advantage
