Your area of responsibility
Together with a field sales team and an internal sales team, you will form a sales team that works together to fully cover a sales territory
The team looks after existing customers (mainly through internal sales & back office sales) as well as acquiring new customers (mainly through field sales)
By taking on administrative tasks in the sales process, you support your team partners in market development
You will be responsible for the administrative areas of the enquiry process, the order process and, if applicable, the complaints process
As a team member, you are available to customers for their concerns
Your profile
You have a commercial education
If you already have relevant professional experience, this would be ideal
You work independently, target-orientated and are service- and customer-oriented
You are a team player and have good communication skills
You have good software knowledge (ERP system & Office 365)
